Marcotran joins the UN Global Compact as a Signatory Partner

The logistics operator Marcotran Transportes Internacionales has joined the Spanish Global Compact Network as Signatory Partner, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, which currently has more than 13,000 member entities in more than 160 countries and has more than 70 local networks.

Signing the Global Compact implies that Marcotran, following its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, is committed to aligning its operations with Ten Principles universally accepted in the areas of human rights, labor standards, the environment and the fight against corruption, and to adopt measures in support of the objectives of the United Nations, currently embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

This greater commitment that Marcotran has acquired implies greater involvement in the Local Network and allows the existence of said network with the fees.
